Purchase Policy

Our goal at Centrepoint is to ensure the booking process is easy, efficient, and equitable so you can book, lease, or rent a room as quickly as possible. Our booking process and policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of our registration or booking process. Meeting space confirmations are sent by email. If you don’t receive your confirmation within 48 hours, please contact us by phone. Booking reminders on request.

We accept several methods of payment to accommodate your needs, including: MasterCard or Visa over the phone.

General Policy

Centrepoint Collaboration in Kamloops reserves the right to dismiss any person(s) for disruptive or inappropriate behavior. NO REFUND OR CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED.

Cancellation:
Within 2 business days – No refund
3 to 15 business days – 50% charge
16 or more business days – No charge

Changes:
Within 2 business days – No refund
3 to 15 business days – 50% charge
16 or more business days – No charge

Deposit and Payment Policy:
Credit card guarantee on reservation and pre-authorization

Serviced Offices

Cancellation:
